Split band superelastic coupling 'EX SERIES'

Split element made of elastomer and high-strength fabrics, with independent clamping rings.
Manufactured according to ISO 9001 standards.

Ambient temperature range: -30 to 80 [°C]

Its design allows for the absorption of significant misalignments:
KA: Maximum axial displacement of 6.0 [mm], depending on the model.
KR: Maximum radial misalignment of 4.8 [mm], depending on the model.
KW: Maximum angular misalignment of 4.0 [mm]; in all models.

Non-oil resistant.

Torsionally very elastic and highly absorb vibrations.

No need of lubrication.

Quick maintenance: The superelastic element can be changed by loosening the bolts, without the need for removal (no risk of losing them).

With its 12 models, it can transmit a nominal torque of up to 9320 [Nm], with a maximum shaft bore of up to 195 [mm].

Available in a TL version for Taper Lock bushing mounting cones.

Both the complete couplings and their replacement parts are fully interchangeable with comparable products from Dodge Paraflex.
