Key milestones and releases
Supported by solid R&D work, the superelastic TECNO-PERIFLEX® 'Series 1' couplings were introduced to the Argentine market, achieving immediate acceptance across a wide range of industries.
In response to the need for a coupling suitable for mounting on internal combustion engine flywheels, the superelastic TECNO-PERIFLEX® 'Series 3' couplings were developed and introduced to the market for flywheel-to-shaft mounting. Their most common applications include generator sets and motor-driven pumps.
For the first time in Argentina, crowned tooth metallic gear couplings were developed and manufactured under the “ESFEROFLEX”® brand.
In response to the need to cover higher power ranges than previously available—particularly for marine and mining applications—manufacturing began for the highly flexible multidirectional TECNO-PERIFLEX® 'Series EZ' couplings.
The superelastic “TECNO-PERIFLEX”® 'Series PS' couplings were introduced to the market for flywheel-to-shaft mounting.
Their distinctive feature is the minimal axial space required, making them indispensable for axially compact installations such as generator sets and motor-driven pumps.
The superelastic TECNO-PERIFLEX® 'Series 8' couplings were launched, designed to accommodate extremely high misalignments (angular up to 6° and axial up to 16 mm).
After years of investment and development, the circumferential pneumatic clutch line EUROFLEX® 'Series CB' was introduced to the market.
These clutches are based on an outstanding design originally developed in the United States in 1938, which continues to be manufactured today by several companies around the world.
Driven by the success of our EUROFLEX® 'Series CB', we introduced the ventilated circumferential pneumatic clutches EUROFLEX® 'Series VC', designed for severe-duty applications.
We completed our clutch product range with the launch of the circumferential expanding EUROFLEX® 'Series EB and ER’.
To enhance and sustain our leadership, we invested in new machinery, advanced R&D capabilities, and a new management structure.
Amid a period of economic recession, yet with a strong commitment to the future, we began the necessary work to offer our customers a full-band elastic coupling that would truly surpass the performance and quality of existing solutions. Tooling and auxiliary fixtures were developed for manufacturing and quality control, followed by the start of production and field testing of the product.
After two years of intensive development work, the full-band EUROFLEX® 'Series E' couplings were introduced to the market, surpassing the performance of all existing solutions.
As a result of sustained growth in demand for our products, and after five years of construction work, we relocated our operations to a new 2,500 m² industrial plant, offering increased manufacturing and storage capacity.
Recognizing the needs of the mining industry, we began manufacturing the semielastic EUROFLEX® 'Series EN'.
Leveraging our established expertise in manufacturing friction elements for our own product lines, we expanded our capabilities to develop and produce “EUROFLEX”® friction elements for external applications.
Incorporated to improve product quality and optimize delivery times.
We launched a new website with updated technical documentation and incorporated a coupling selector that enables quick identification of the most suitable solutions for each application.
Our products reach all over the world through our distributors.
