Nodular cast iron GGG-40 hubs and jaws connected by semielastic elements.
Ambient temperature range: -30 to 80 [°C]
KA: Max axial misalignment: 0.5 [mm]
KR: Max radial misalignment: 0.5 [mm]
KW: Max angular misalignment: 0.25 to 0.5 [°]
Oil-resistant.
High torque capability with small size and weight.
No need of lubrication.
Quick maintenance: Elastic elements can be replaced by removing 3 bolts and the retention ring.
Normal torque: 1,2 - 644 [KNm]
Max torque : 2,4 - 1288 [KNm]
Both the complete couplings and their replacement parts are fully interchangeable with RINGFEDER y VULKAN.
