Double curved teeth coupling 'Series EDF '
This coupling transmits movement by linking the shafts to the hubs at each end.
The hub´s outer teeth mesh with the sleeve’s inner teeth.
The sleeve´s inner teeth width is greater than the hub´s outer teeth width, in order to provide greater play and axial distance between the axle ends.
Nominal torque: 1,22 – 913 [KNm]
Temperature range:
-30 to 80 [°C] with NBR o´ring
80 to 220 [°C] with Viton o-ring
Max angular misalignment: 1.5 [°]. For more than 1.5 [°] use floating shaft “EF”.
Very high torque capability with small size and weight.
Quick maintenance: Removing 2 lubrication plugs, grease can be added.
Fully interchangeable with comparable products from Falk, Flender ó Ringfeder.
